(EUROPE)
Startups will take centre stage at this year’s European Innovation Summit in November – 50 of them to be exact.
The Brussels showcase is a week long celebration of Europe’s innovation economy and this year 50 young companies pioneering new products and ideas will be able to pitch – and network with – key decision makers at the parliament.
The #EUTop50 competition is being led by summit organisers Knowledge4Innovation – in cooperation with its partners IncubatorEurope and Glowfly.
“We are on our mission to find millennial founders, who are leveraging technology to build disruptive solutions to address some of Europe’s most pressing challenges. We are selecting the region’s most promising technology startups of young founders who are rethinking industries,” the competition website states. “‘The startup needs to demonstrate the potential to disrupt a billion-dollar marketplace, and make an impact on society.”
The top 50 will be revealed at the European Parliament on November 27. For a chance of making the top 50 register here until 15 October.
