2025 is a big year for Innovators Magazine – it’s our 10th anniversary – and to mark the milestone, we will be bringing you new events and initiatives, starting with J-Changers.
A platform for Japanese changemakers advancing the UN Global Goals, J-Changers is a space for mastering the language of innovation and using it to reach new English-speaking markets, capitalising on opportunities across the EU and beyond.
J-Changers users will learn to speak with impact in the lingua franca of global enterprise, while also featuring on the news pages of Innovators Magazine Online; our Apple News channel; in special editions; and via a new J-Changers series on the Inside Ideas podcast, as well as our monthly newsletter.
Through one-to-one tutorials with qualified instructors in our editorial team, Japanese innovators will hone their language skills, learning how to elevate their pitch; answer questions about their business; showcase their personal story; and understand the difference between good business content vs bad business content.
J-Changers builds on the magazine’s ethos of continuously exploring new communication channels; and is a natural successor to the Innovation Academy, a 12-month in-person series of interactive sessions held by Innovators Magazine that was designed to inspire dynamic new cultures of collaboration and creativity within organisations.
Our editor previously lived in Japan teaching at Aichi University in Nagoya, writing for the Japan Times and making lifelong friends in this inspiring country. In our 10th anniversary year, we want to reconnect with Japan, and be a platform where the language of business meets the land of innovation.
J-Changers is now open to Japanese organisations and innovators advancing the UN Global Goals who have an English level of intermediate level B1 and above.
