Time is running out for female entrepreneurs in Europe to apply for the continent’s premier competition for women innovators.
Supported the European Commission, the EU Prize for Women Innovators 2018 will award €100,000 to the winner, with second and third spots worth €50,000 and €30,000 respectively.
And there is also €20,000 for the Rising Innovator gong. This is open to women 30 years or younger. Bulgarian, Kristina Tsvetanova, co-founder and CEO of BLITAB Technology, won this last year for her company’s pioneering work in developing the first tablet for blind users, called BLITAB.
Female startups and women innovators across all sectors need to get their applications in by the 15 November deadline.
