What is a culture of innovation?

Professor Nikki Eberhardt, my guest today on Inside Ideas, is the perfect person to answer that question. Co-founder and president of the United Nations Women Chapter, Nikki is Assistant Professor of Business at Minerva teaching startup finance, marketing and global business.

Nikki’s life goal is to empower organisations and people with the innovation tools and mindsets they need to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges. Which sees her work with them to inspire and grow cultures of innovation. Something she does brilliantly as part of Delta Air Line’s Global Talent Team, where she is helping to craft leadership development and mentor culture strategies.

Nikki is also on a mission to disrupt at the intersection of tech and scalable social impact. She is EVP Impact eThree + Director Partnerships ZSchool, pioneering a digital platform with influencers, brands and charities so GenZ can effect change.
