Sustainable, circular and innovation procurement will be the focus of October’s EcoProcura conference in the Dutch City of Nijmegen.
We are a media partner with the event, being held in the 2018 European Green Capital, and want to give an early week shout out to what promises to be an important event for stakeholders working in sustainable procurement.
‘Policy makers, businesses, researchers and international organisations’ will be among the 400 people expected to attend the conference, which will ‘share experiences on procurement tools, good practice, processes, research, projects and initiatives’ at a European and international level.
Dr Bertrand Piccard will speak at the event, with the serial pioneer on a global mission – via his Solar Impulse Foundation – to show decision makers and business leaders that protecting the environment is profitable.
