Milan is establishing itself as the global capital of food innovation.
A city and a country adored globally for its amazing cuisine, it is now earning a reputation for its role in generating new ideas that can help build sustainable food systems.
Innovators Magazine is a proud media partner of Seed and Chips, the annual food innovation summit, which this year was the setting of Barack Obama’s first official speech since leaving office.

And next month the Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition (BCFN) is hosting the 8th International Forum on Food and Nutrition.
“The eighth edition of the event will focus on food security, climate change and migrations, sustainable food systems at the country and city level and the reform of the agricultural policy in Europe,” the BCFN website says.
It takes place in Milan on 4 and 5 December. Find out more on the official event page.
An app for it can also be downloaded on Google Play or via the App Store.
