Global food innovation summit Seeds&Chips announced today it is collaborating with the Specialty Food Association.

The Milan-based Seeds&Chips platform will take part in the SFA’s upcoming Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, as part of the deal. It will lead the ‘Disrupting the Food System: Innovation from Farm to Fork’ seminar and run an exhibition focussed on communicating the trends and challenges directing the industry.

Seeds&Chips addresses global issues impacting the food chain such as the increasing world population, climate change, scarcity of resources, and changes in the processes of choice and purchase. These are important issues to SFA’s constituents,” said SFA President Phil Kafarakis“Having Seeds&Chips help us extend the value of the Winter Fancy Food Show is a first step in our collaboration. As we develop the relationship further, we plan to reach more innovators and entrepreneurs through Seeds&Chips networks and to offer more content to SFA members.”

The Winter Fancy Food Show, a trade event, takes place in San Francisco from January 21-23. Register now.

Innovators Magazine is a media partner with Seed&Chips – which will be held in Milan this year from 7 to 10 May.
