Discussions at an annual gathering of European city leaders in Slovenia last week were very much focussed on the circular economy.
Ljubljana hosted the EUROCITIES 2017 conference, which saw representatives from 130 cities across Europe come together to discuss issues relating to sustainability.
And pioneering projects in Munich, Brussels and Gothenburg picked up awards for their impact in advancing the circular economy.
