Be part of Youth-Led Innovation push for a better future

New Horizons: Youth-Led Innovation for a Livable Planet is the theme of this year’s World Bank Group (WBG) Youth Summit being held in Washington.

May’s summit, open to young people worldwide aged between 18-35, will focus on three transformative areas: digital transformation and data; climate action and resilience; and creative industries, with participants exploring ways they can each be optimised for a better world.

“The 2025 WBG Youth Summit invites young changemakers, innovators, and leaders to shape a sustainable and inclusive future through bold, youth-driven solutions,” the WBG explains on its event website.

And until 15 April, young people can apply to be a delegate at the WBG Youth Summit in Washington, which will be held in-person and online from May 19-20, 2025. Find out more.
