The second World Circular Economy Forum (WCEF) takes place in Japan next week.
Building on the inaugural event last year in Helsinki, the Finnish Innovation Fund, Sitra, has joined forces with the Ministry of the Environment of Japan for WCEF2018 in Yokohama. We have labelled Japan and Finland leading circular economy nations, and next week will be an opportunity for them to inspire others to follow suit.
“WCEF2018 will revolve around topics on circular visions towards 2050, economic development and social equity in the circular economy, global value-chains and circular trade as well as shared mobility and future transportation,” the event website states.
Everyone with an interest in the circular economy will want to tune into the livestream between 22 to 24 October.
