Boosting the success rate of startups is a key motivation of a new innovation platform launched today in Switzerland.
The World Innovations Forum (WIForum) will welcome influential players from the global innovation economy to Lucerne, Switzerland, next June to work towards ‘doubling the entrepreneurial success rate by 2030’. Investors, incubators, mentors and others will join forces to shape a culture of entrepreneurship.
“Our mindset is on global prosperity equality across the planet,” explained Axel Schultze, co-founder and board member of the WIForum.
‘National startup competitions’ will be held by those countries taking part in the forum, with the winners in each set to compete for the ‘world’s best startup’.
