The UN Climate Change Conference (COP23) opened its doors in Bonn today.
Around 25,000 people will take part in the event, which continues until 17 November. Delegates representing government, industry, civil society, academia – and more – will collaborate to agree on the strategies and actions needed to deliver on ambitions set out in the 2015 Paris Agreement.
Innovators Magazine agreed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) last week to become an official media partner for the event – and will be featuring all the latest from the conference, as well as an exclusive interview with Bertrand Piccard, who will be speaking at COP23, about his World Alliance platform, which showcases available ‘energy efficient technologies’ that can ‘generate profit and boost sustainable growth while also reducing CO2 emissions and protecting natural resources.’
COP23 takes place between 6-17 November 2017.
