Themes of innovation and creativity were explored in a Glasgow kitchen today.

Writer, broadcaster and comedian, Hardeep Singh Kohli – the Creative Director of the Innovation Academy – was in his home city to welcome a public sector team for a day of food and innovation at Tennent’s Training Academy.

Launched by Innovators Magazine last year, the Academy exists to facilitate change and inspire a culture of innovation.

During the session participants made and then tucked into ceviche, butter chicken and cranachan. They also took part in workshops and team building exercises.

The Innovation Academy is taking part in the European Innovation Summit in November – along with Innovators Magazine. It will be sharing news of a pioneering new programme it is developing with a leading European university.
