Drones could help create virtual meetings

|10 August 2016|

USA

Google could use drones to transform the world of video conferencing by projecting virtual images of participants into the rooms.

This could see faces being projected in meetings and would bring a revolution to a format often beset by technical issues.

The small quadcopter-shaped drone Google proposes to use would connect to the internet via a mobile device and include a tiny screen which would project virtual images.
