Founded in partnership with the Falling Walls Foundation, the Creative Bureaucracy Festival is urging creative bureaucrats to answer an international call to ‘transform how administrations think and act’.
We want to highlight practical examples and imaginative approaches to shaping better futures.
The Call for Participation 2026 invites “Creative Bureaucrats worldwide – public sector changemakers at all levels – to share ideas, methods, and tools that transform how administrations think and act; across three categories: Project Showcases, Digital Workshops, or our new category Art & Bureaucracy.”

Winning submissions will be showcased during the Digital Kick-Off (3–5 March 2026, online) and at the Creative Bureaucracy Festival (11 June 2026, Berlin).
The Call for Participation 2026 is open until 10 December, closing at 23:59.
