Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is supporting research focused on responding to COVID-19. Through its Peace & Recovery Program it is ‘accepting off-cycle proposals, capped at $50,000 for time-sensitive research projects and additions to research projects that study or support the COVID-19 response’.

IPA has two priorities for researchers:

  1. To produce information that can directly inform the humanitarian response to COVID-19
  2. To produce generalisable knowledge that contributes academic literature on resilience, response, and recovery, in line with the goals and methods outlined in our Guiding Principles and Funding Priorities

Find out more.

IPA also announced this week it is working with partners in delivering a new research hub that will host details of studies into ‘COVID-19’s socio-economic impacts’.
