What began as Canada’s first national Biotech Week in 2003 has grown to become a week-long global event – one which got underway today.
Global Biotech Week will see a string of events take place across the world to “raise awareness of the industry and its global potential among policymakers, policy influencers and the general public more broadly,” the event website states.
