Startups will take centre stage at September’s Global Game Changers (GGC) awards in Glasgow.
The GGC awards, launched in 2017 by Innovators Magazine and Newsquest International, is one of the world’s first cross-sector platforms recognising pioneers contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The startups award will go to a disruptor or young company developing an online product within the sharing economy market; that offers a service, skills, time, space or another shared resource that minimises the requirement to own something.
The applications will open soon across all 10 categories. Sign up for our free newsletter for all the latest on #globalgamechangers 2018
We are also honoured that UN SDG advocate Marc Buckley will give the keynote at the event on 12 September.
“Businesses that want to be around in the future need to make sure they have dynamic systems and business models, and include the SDGs as the foundation that provides the resilience to hold their business together well beyond 2030,” he said.
