Norway’s capital city is striving to be the world’s first zero emission city. Raymond Johansen, the Oslo mayor, announced in a recent statement plans which represent the ‘most ambitious climate strategy of any major city in the world’ including to ‘remove the remaining sources of climate gas emissions in the city’ by 2030.
