What is a mission-oriented approach?

It is a public policy direction being pursued by Europe’s leaders to align innovation efforts with the global challenges of the twenty first century.

Two studies released today undertaken by the Joint Institute for Innovation Policy (JIIP) – with its members – are key elements of this burgeoning strategy.
