Italy has an appetite for innovation

There has only been one place to be this week when it comes to food innovation – Milan.

The 2018 global food innovation summit, Seeds&Chips, which concluded yesterday, attracted leading agents for change, those pushing for the development of sustainable world food systems, as well as the young innovators striving to accelerate the delivery of the SDGs.
