Sony’s Picture This competition is a great, creative initiative, which concentrates on 8 of the 17 SDGs – including number 7: affordable clean energy for all.
Entrants can submit videos, up to eight minutes long – taken on any device. And they can be produced in a variety of styles and formats, including documentary, animation, and VR.
“Fiction or non-fiction welcome. Comedy, drama, live action or documentary. Dreams of solutions, stories of hope, tales of individual heroes, humorous conversations, spoken word, sci-fi visions, and general stories of a better world. New or existing films accepted,” the competition website states.
The eight regional winners will be flown to Los Angeles this summer – where their videos will be screened.
It’s free to enter – and submissions need to be made by 30 April.
