Scotland is building an impressive global reputation as an important player in the industrial biotechnology sector.
And the annual conference of the Glasgow-headquartered Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC), now in its fourth year, is the place to connect with this buoyant market.
The event delivers on IBioIC’s aims by bringing together a unique mix of academia, biobased professionals and supporting organisations under one roof, to hear about and explore the potential opportunities for IB in Scotland as well as the global landscape of the industry.
“IBioIC’s annual conference has truly showcased the impact of the IB industry in Scotland and beyond. Scotland is a leading region for the bio-economy and IB, and opportunities to hear from and speak to key local actors, as well as international stakeholders have been plentiful,” said Agnes Borg, Industrial Manager, EuropaBio.
Innovators Magazine is a proud media partner of the event and will be distributing a special edition at the IBioIC conference, which takes place on 25 and 26 January, 2018, at the Technology and Innovation Centre in Glasgow.
