Teachers can access a simple online toolkit to help teach code to students as part of Code Week EU.
Designed to increase digital literacy across the continent, Code Week EU is expected to engage more than one million citizens – of every age – across dozens of countries.
“Learning to code helps us to make sense of how things work, explore ideas and make things, for both work and play. What’s more it helps us to unleash our creativity and work collaboratively with wonderful people both near us and all over the world,” the Code Week EU website states.
EU Code Week 2018 targets for all levels – and is actually more than just a week, as it runs from 6 to 21 October.
If you’re a teacher, here’s a toolkit to teach your students more about code.
