Caitlyn Chen is vice-president and head of Sustainable Social Value (SSV) at Tencent, where she drives the company’s “Tech for Good” mission by harnessing the power of connection and technological innovations to address social challenges. Earlier in her career, Chen was an accomplished news editor. After joining Tencent in 2006, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s online media business, including Tencent News and Tencent Sports. She has been honored with a Nieman Fellowship at Harvard University and a Schwab Foundation Corporate Social Innovator of the Year award.
