The world’s first autonomous electric racing car has been delighting crowds today at the Paris ePrix.
Prior to the start of the main race, the autonomous Robocar – from Roborace – took to the Les Invalides circuit for a few laps. The record-breaking car performed at the Paris stop of the Formula E racing series.
It was designed by Daniel Simon, who has created concept vehicles for Hollywood movies, including Captain America, Tron:Legacy, Oblivion.
He said “Roborace opens a new dimension where motorsport as we know it meets the unstoppable rise of artificial intelligence.”
