To mark this journey, we are proud to launch the 10-Year Anniversary Edition—a special issue that not only captures a decade of innovation, but also tells the story of our journey along the way.

For me, momentum on this journey has always been linked to the unconditional love I received from my dad, who died recently, and it continues to drive me forward now.
As I write in the foreword, we don’t all begin from the same place. Our starting points – and the paths ahead of us – are shaped by circumstances as varied as our stories.
There is no single roadmap, no simple way to describe the distance each of us must travel to realise what we are capable of becoming.
What I have learned, however, is that encouragement can change everything. A word, a belief, a moment of support at the right time can shape how far someone is willing to go – and whether they believe they can go there at all.
My dad gave me that. He believed in me without hesitation, always certain there was nothing I couldn’t do. That belief gave me the confidence to follow a path that is often uncertain, even risky – and to keep going.
So wherever you are, whatever your starting point – be encouraging. Be kind. You never know how far your words might carry someone.
