Make every day #DayOfTheGirl

It is international #DayOfTheGirl – and the 2019 theme is GirlForce: Unscripted and Unstoppable.

We can all contribute to achieving #GenerationEquality. Something that will be a key element in overcoming global grand challenges. Innovators Magazine hosted a Twitter Chat with Knowledge4Innovation last year on the pressing need to achieve gender equality in STEM. Everyone can add their voice and ideas on how we achieve equality across the board – and asap – using hashtag #DayOfTheGirl.

The youngest member of our team is my five-year-old daughter, Holly. She inputs on stories, themes and engages with events, including the launch this year of Resilience Frontiers in Songdo, South Korea. We covered the get together of futurists and cross sector stakeholders brainstorming pathways for humanity beyond the Global Goals and produced a digital brochure for the organisers. Holly also shared her message of support with some of those taking part.
