Two of Europe’s leading biotech companies have been shortlisted for a gong at next month’s Global Game Changers awards in Glasgow.
The new event is being held by Innovators Magazine and the Herald Scotland . It is a celebration of the innovation economy and its pivotal role in shaping a sustainable future for all.
And the biotech industry will be well represented on the night.
Celtic Renewables , an award-winning spin out from Edinburgh Napier University , has pioneered a process for making the sustainable fuel from ‘whisky production residues ’. While 3fbio is pioneering technology that can transform the production economics of meat-free food production.
The pair have made the shortlist in the Circular Breakthrough category at the inaugural awards , which will be held at the Glasgow Science Centre on 13 September – book your table today .
