World of food loses a legend

The tragic news of Anthony Bourdain’s death – announced today – will be felt by millions.

The chef and traveler shared many of his culinary and cultural experiences, enjoyed in every corner of the world – in his writing, tv work and on film. Anthony helped raise awareness of important issues, including waste: he was the executive producer of the film WASTED the story of food waste; and he inspired, and will continue to inspire, people to travel as far and as often as possible.

His honest voice, in a world where bullshit gets way too much air time, will be sorely missed.
