Global Game Changers 2018 will celebrate the best of the circular economy again this year.

We launched the cross-sector awards, which recognise impact towards the UN Global Goals, with Newsquest Media in 2017 and are looking forward to working with them again for this year’s September event in Glasgow.

It is application time now across 10 categories – and is open to all. The Circular Breakthrough award – backed by the Circular Glasgow initiative – is one of those up for grabs, and will go to…

An organisation that can demonstrate how their product or services help to accelerate the transition towards a circular economy, establishing a more sustainable way of doing business. It could be anything from circular product design and innovation; re-use, repair, remanufacturing to effective supply chain and cross-sectoral collaboration; incorporating design thinking, digital technology and/or adopting resource efficiency,”  the awards website states.

Apply now if this is you, if it’s not – check out the other titles available.

The awards ceremony takes place at Glasgow’s iconic Grand Central Hotel on 12 September, with a keynote from Marc Buckley, a leading advocate of the Global Goals and food reformist.
