Innovators Magazine and Newsquest Media partner on the cross-sector awards, which rewards impact towards the UN Global Goals. Entries are up over 100% since the launch of the event in 2017, held a year after the Goals came into effect.
We filed our daily nudge reminding readers to buy their tickets for the ceremony on 12 September at Glasgow’s Grand Central Hotel in the Circular Economy section yesterday and, after reading a press release issued today by the Circular Economy Club (CEC), one of the finalists, it seems a good spot to post today’s nudge.
“We are honored to be nominated amongst such an impressive collection of organisations. I believe this nomination is a reflection of the work we’ve done to connect changemakers, spur collaborations and maximise local impacts at a global scale,” said Anna Tarí, CEC founder, on being named a finalist in the Collaboration for Change category.
Thanks to CEC for applying, an organisation making a truly global impact, and to all the finalists and innovators who entered this year.
