Take sustainable mobility challenge

Startups are being challenged to drive the sustainable mobility revolution.

Innovators Magazine reported last year the Michelin-led Movin’On 2018 conference – taking place in Montréal from 30 May to 1 June – will bring together the biggest names in the automotive industry in a bid to pull together a roadmap for achieving sustainable transport systems.

And the organisers have launched a global startup challenge that will give a platform to 50 early stage companies to showcase tech innovations which offer sustainable mobility solutions.

The selected startups will be given an all-expenses trip to Movin’On where they will have different pitch opportunities, with the two grand prize winners taking to the main stage to present their products to an influential audience industry leaders.

Startups that can demonstrate the ability to impact one of six key themes – circular economy, working together, moonshots in mobility, technologies to accelerate implementation, the new multimodal society, decarbonisation and air quality – should apply to the challenge by 25 April.

Tickets are available now for Movin’On 2018, which will be held at Arsenal Montréal.
