Startups need a fighting chance

(FRANCE)

The Station F startup mega campus in Paris supports early stage pioneers from underprivileged backgrounds and promises ‘no bullshit mentors’.

Station F has launched the latest round of its Fighter Program, which supports ‘diversity in innovation’. It is targeted at innovators with hand tied behind their backs, like those from low-income families and refugees.

“For those of you who may not be familiar with the the Fighters Program, it’s our program dedicated to entrepreneurs from underprivileged backgrounds. Selected entrepreneurs have access to Station F for an entire year for free. We integrate them directly into the Founders Program — where they have access to literally all the same resources and contacts — but with a few added benefits as well,” blogged Roxanne Varza, Station F Director.

The Founders Program promises no bullshit mentors or coaches – a must for fighters who have had more than their fill of bullshit scenarios.

If this speaks to you, apply by October 15 for the chance to join the January 2019 cohort.
