An innovative California-based startup has developed an indoor security robot that interacts with employees and works alongside human guards.
Cobalt‘s robots are “designed to work alongside human guards to provide better security than people can do alone”. They are armed with the latest AI and machine learning technology to offer what the company says are robots comparable to an “extremely competent guard” with super-human power.
“The robots are meant to keep offices safe by patrolling around, looking for intruders or anything that’s out of the ordinary, and also providing a friendly face to office employees,” Cobalt’s website states.
