Sign up to the Climate Neutral Now initiative and walk into the weekend feeling like a hero.
Businesses and individuals backing the the United Nations Climate Change secretariat programme agree to taking three steps: measuring, reducing, and offsetting unavoidable emissions. The latter involves buying UN-Certified Emissions Reductions (CERs) – to finance projects in developing countries.
“We all need to take personal responsibility to combat the threat of climate change. Join me in the Climate Neutral Now initiative to reduce the impact of climate change and offset carbon emissions. Help protect the ecosystems that sustain biodiversity and save the livelihoods of billions of people around the world,” said Edward Norton, a UN Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity.
