A new partnership aims to deliver 3D printing technologies to the food industry.
CSM Bakery Solutions – an international name in the supply of bakery products and brands – and 3D Systems Corporation, a leader in the development of 3D products and services, will collaborate to make it a mainstream ingredient of the industry.
“Our agreement with 3D Systems has the potential to re-shape the food industry. Across a number of industries, 3D printing has helped transform industries and there’s every reason to think the same can be true for the food industry. We are excited to partner and continue to expand capabilities and culinary opportunities with their platform,” CSM’s President and CEO, Marianne Kirkegaard said.
The pair will combine their strengths across a range of areas, including R&D, design and engineering, to accelerate products to the market.
