The Menu B movement led by Marc Buckley is championing planet-saving food solutions that can sustainably feed a growing global population; solutions which also offer game changing responses to the climate emergency.
On the 2020 launch of the Menu B book, Marc said: “This impactful handbook will explore ways we can fix broken food systems to overcome the climate crisis and achieve zero hunger by 2030.”
