A new innovation network has been launched to tackle the world’s biggest challenges.
The HelloScience – Open Bio Innovation Network – initiative, led by Novozymes, is “an online network where innovators, start-ups, companies and others can work together to develop solutions for some of the world’s greatest challenges.”
“The major global challenges are complex in nature and will be difficult to solve,” explained Senior Vice President Claus Crone Fuglsang, Head of Research & Technology at Novozymes. “Novozymes has experience and expertise, but we don’t claim to have all the answers. We need to work together to deliver better systems to solve challenges within water, food, waste and more”.
The first challenges relate to water – ensuring people have access to fresh and clean water.
