The world has a golden opportunity to move beyond the despotic Anthropocene, says philosopher, Dr Glenn A. Albrecht, on Season 5 of the Inside Ideas podcast. That opportunity, he tells me, lies in the Symbiocene, a future in which humans become fully reintegrated with nature. Albrecht shows us where we can see it emerging in today’s economy, as he calls on innovators worldwide to make the Symbiocene their new home.
Another of my Season 5 guests, Emanuel Kuntzelman, president of Madrid’s Fundación por el Futuro, gives us a one-way ticket to world of the Holomovement, a unique way of thinking that is inspired by our interconnected universe. While Tammy Michelle Scarlett, executive director of UNIFY, sits down to share an “opportunity that exists for humanity to drive change from the inside out”. Thomas Rödding, CEO of Narravero, also joins me with news of a technology that is going to make it “much easier for everyone to live a circular economy”.
What a start to Season 5. Thanks to all of you for listening and watching. You can catch up with all episodes on YouTube, listen wherever you get your podcasts, and follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
