(GLASGOW)
An annual biotech conference held in Scotland is rapidly growing into one of the most influential gatherings for the industry in Europe.
The Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC) is headquartered in Glasgow and will hold its fourth conference in January 2018. It launched its call for abstracts at last week’s World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology in Montréal.
Agnes Borg, Industrial Manager at the leading industry group EuropaBio, said “IBioIC’s annual conference has truly showcased the impact of the IB industry in Scotland and beyond” and that it is a great opportunity “to hear from and speak to key local actors, as well as international stakeholders.”

IBioIC 2018 will be held on 25 and 26 January in Glasgow.
