Shannon Airport in Ireland will welcome the next generation of aviation game changers in 2018.
The Propeller Shannon accelerator, a collaboration backed by Boeing, Datalex and Enterprise Ireland, will be held at the innovation centre at Shannon Airport. It will support aviation startups grow into companies capable of making a global impact. Ten teams will participate in a three month programme, and there will be two runs of the platform next year. Early stage companies developing products and services linked to the industry, in areas including satellite tech, cybersecurity, biofuels and passengers, are invited to apply.
“The 3 month accelerator will be based at Shannon Airport, Co. Clare, Ireland. The programme structure is designed to be accessible to teams based in Ireland or internationally,” the accelerator’s website states.
Along with mentorship and networking opportunities selected startups will receive €45,000 for 7.5% equity.
The deadline for applications is 6 October 2017.
