Tristram Stuart is my guest on this episode of Inside Ideas. His books have been described as ‘a genuinely revelatory contribution to the history of human ideas’ (The Times). He is the founder of Toast Ale, a company that has featured many times on these pages for its innovative work in producing award-winning craft beer from bread that would otherwise go to waste. Tristram is also the founder of the environmental organisation, Feedback, which works to regenerate nature by transforming our food systems.
Tristram is an official UN Champion of SDG 12.3 to halve food waste by 2030. The winner of the international environmental award in 2011, The Sophie Prize; an Ashoka Fellow, a National Geographic Emerging Explorer and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
