Graham Brown-Martin is my guest today on Inside Ideas.  Graham founded Learning Without Frontiers (LWF), a global community bringing together renowned educators, technologists and creatives to share provocative and challenging ideas about the future of learning. His book, Learning {Re}imagined, a study of global education and geopolitics produced for the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), was published by Bloomsbury in 2015. He is also the founder of BeyondTomorrow, a growing international intelligence network of interdisciplinary thinkers designing a blueprint for society to thrive beyond the 22nd century. And co-founder of regenerative.global, a transformative learning consultancy based in London and New York using circular economy principles to inform innovative learning and design practices.

Talking about to me about how people and organisations can effect change, Graham said: “Firstly, get a good understanding of how societies form, understand some sociology, economics and philosophy. While that might sound a bit dry, it wasn’t until I looked at these things that I began to understand how it all fits together. Because it is important to understand what we mean by a system, and what we mean by structural change and structural reform.”

For more on this, and much more, take a deep dive into this episode.
