Global Goals wake-up call

The Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) has released a damning report on the progress of Global Goals linked to hunger and nutrition.

Following last week’s State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World 2019 (SOFI) report, which revealed global hunger levels rose for the third consecutive year, the new FAO digital report breaks the challenges down by assessing specific indicators, rating each as being ‘on track, off track, or too early to call’. Read the report, learn about some of the actions you can take – and why there is reason to believe the direction of travel can still be reversed.
