Glasgow’s Grand Central Hotel will host Global Game Changers 2018 next Wednesday – 12 September.
The annual international awards event from Innovators Magazine and Newsquest Media rewards cross-sector impact towards the UN Global Goals.
“Global Game Changers is one of the premier events for those visionaries desiring to change the world. I am especially excited to see this year’s award winners who are addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals within their submissions. This means we will have more sustainable innovation contributing to a desirable future and keeping us below 1.5 degrees of warming,” said Marc Buckley, keynote speaker for this year’s event, a leading international advocate for the Goals, member of the Expert Network for the World Economic Forum and Germany and Austria Country Coordinator for Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project – to name just a few of his roles.
