Any big discussion about sustainable fashion must include the impact being made by Fashion for Good (FFG). Headquartered in Amsterdam, it runs accelerator programmes for early stage companies and scaleups reshaping the industry and – since 2018 – it has been home to an amazing interactive museum where visitors can experience the future of fashion. FFG is also at the heart of a growing communication ecosystem dedicated to inspiring actions that can fast-track the transition. And next week it is hosting an online event: Unpacking the Shifting Role of Sustainability in Fashion
What’s it about?
“Sustainable fashion is a complex topic with many factors in continuous flux. Taking a look at circularity, microfibers, materials, traceability and more, we’ll be using this session to dive into the different sides of the sustainable fashion landscape; media, brand and innovator,” the Eventbrite page states.
Claire Bergkamp (Stella McCartney), Sandra Capponi (Good on You), and Georgia Parker (Fashion for Good) will share their insight in the free to join online event taking place on Wednesday 20 May 2020, at 12:00 CEST. Register.
