Cyberbullying challenge launched

Cyberbullying destroys lives and reputations – so how can it be prevented?

The d-LAB is challenging change-makers to come up with ideas and products – using mobile tech – to do just that. An initiative from Mobile World Capital Barcelona, d-LAB runs various international challenges that target solutions to societal problems.

And it wants to hear from multiple stakeholders, including startups, with “innovative solutions, approaches and projects that have a digital or mobile base and which can prevent, raise awareness, offer support, promote reporting of incidents and help perpetrators to understand the effects of their behaviour” in relation to cyberbullying.

The d-LAB platform will help those selected in taking forward their vision, providing support in piloting their products to influential audiences, including at the world-renowned Mobile World Congress Barcelona.

To find out more visit the event website. The deadline for submissions is 23 November.
