As part of that we will cover this leading public-private partnership forum for climate action, an official side event of COP24, which strives to accelerate the clean economy through collaboration and partnerships across sectors and industries.
World Climate Ltd presents the 9th annual World Climate Summit, with a proven record of successfully gathering businesses, investors, and governments; coming together to discover new opportunities for investments, identify emerging technologies and form business arrangements to deliver on the national climate plans and the Paris Agreement. In partnership with the World Bank Group, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and IRENA, this year’s summit launches the Investment COP, with the objective of mobilising finance and accelerating clean-economy projects around the world. World Climate Ltd has the privilege of representing COP24 negotiations as their official side event. The Summit will be held at the prestigious Vienna House Easy Angelo hotel, on December 11-12, 2018, running parallel to the UNFCCC’s annual COP in Katowice, Poland.
