Big appetite for biobased solutions


Food – flavourings and fragrances will be a big focus at the upcoming World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology.

We are media partners with the Congress, led by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), which takes place in Philadelphia this month.


“New innovations are sweeping across industrial biotechnology, including new bioprocesses to develop biobased consumer products and specialty food ingredients. Programming included in these two breakout tracks will focus on the innovations taking place across the entire value chain and how they contribute to the global biobased economy,” said Brent Erickson, Executive Vice President, Industrial and Environmental at BIO.
